The workbooks are built as working tools—short prompts, checklists, and frameworks that can be opened in a live session and filled in together—making them easy to plug into existing meetings, retreats, and review cycles.

Workbooks are provided as downloadable PDF documents. Once your purchase is complete, you can download the PDF, store it securely, and print copies for internal use by your licensed team.

The package includes five workbooks total: one core program workbook and four deliverable workbooks that guide you to create concrete compliance outputs.

Individual License. The purchase of a standalone workbook includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for use by one named individual purchaser only. The workbook may be used by that individual for internal personal, professional, and operational planning purposes within the scope of the purchaser’s own work. The workbook may not be shared, distributed, copied, resold, sublicensed, published, or otherwise made available to any other person, team, department, or organization without a separately purchased license.

Expanded Leadership Use License. The purchase of a workbook under the Expanded Leadership Use tier includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for use by the purchaser and a defined internal leadership group within the same organization. This license permits internal use for planning, facilitation, working sessions, and decision support by authorized leadership participants only. The workbook may not be shared beyond the licensed leadership group, copied for broader internal distribution, resold, sublicensed, published, or made available to any external party without written authorization.

Organization-Level License. The purchase of a workbook under the Organization-Level Licensing tier includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal use by employees, contractors, and authorized internal stakeholders of the licensed organization, subject to the scope of the purchased license. This license permits use for internal planning, training, implementation, and related business purposes within the licensed entity only. The workbook may not be redistributed outside the organization, shared with affiliates or third parties not expressly covered by the license, resold, sublicensed, published, or otherwise made available to any external party without prior written consent.
