Policies & Terms

Your purchase includes a limited, non-transferable license for the number of participants selected at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, program access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase or seat assignment.

Access is licensed by organization, not for public sharing or external distribution. If staffing changes occur, seats may be reassigned to replace team members within the same organization by contacting support.

Seat reassignment terms
A seat may be reassigned only if the previously assigned team member has accessed no more than 20% of the course content.

All pricing is quoted per organization unless otherwise specified. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless an approved payment plan has been confirmed in writing.

Where payment plans are offered, the first installment is due at checkout, and remaining installments must be completed on schedule to maintain uninterrupted access.

All payment plans require that the total investment is paid in full by the time approximately 50% of the engagement and online program delivery is completed, to safeguard both parties and ensure uninterrupted access and support.

Additional seats (beyond Enterprise tier seating) may be added at $350 per person.

Online courses
We want every enrollment to be a strong fit. A full refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed by any member of the licensed team.

After 14 days, or once more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Advisory Services
All advisory services are non-refundable once engagement has been confirmed, a session has been scheduled, or services have been rendered, in whole or in part.

If applicable, any cancellation, rescheduling, or credit policy will be governed by the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement, statement of work, or booking confirmation.

Downloadable Workbooks
If a refund is approved for a course, the refund will exclude the value of any downloadable workbook included with the course.

All downloadable workbooks are final sale and non-refundable once purchased, whether sold separately or as part of a course.

All course materials, videos, workbooks, templates, frameworks, and related deliverables remain the intellectual property of Thrive Strategic Partners LLC. These materials are protected by copyright and may be used only as permitted under the purchased license.

Downloaded resources may be used internally by the licensed team, but they may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, repurposed into derivative products, or shared outside the licensed organization. Video content may not be downloaded, recorded, screen-captured, or redistributed in any form.

To protect the integrity of our programs, clients may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute any program content.
• Use Thrive materials to create competing products or services.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Thrive Strategic Partners.
• Claim ownership or authorship of Thrive materials.

Our programs are designed for educational and informational purposes.

They do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice, and organizations should consult qualified professionals when making specific compliance, legal, financial, or policy decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Strategic Partners’ total liability for any claim related to a program will not exceed the amount paid for that specific program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Thrive Strategic Partners, LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect operational, legal, or service changes.

When material updates are made, active clients will be notified by email, and continued use of our programs after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may collect information you provide directly during enrollment, purchase, or communication with us, including your name, email address, organization name, role or title, and payment-related information.

We also collect platform usage data such as lesson progress, completion activity, login times, and interactions that help us support delivery and improve the learning experience.

We may also retain communications submitted through contact forms, support requests, or service inquiries.

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain access to purchased programs.
• Process payments and manage customer accounts.
• Send enrollment confirmations, credentials, service notices, and program updates.
• Improve our programs and platform through aggregated usage insights.
• Respond to support needs, consultation requests, and operational communications.
• Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

To deliver our services effectively, we use selected third-party providers, including Kajabi for platform hosting and payments, Stripe for payment processing through Kajabi, Synthesia for video production, and Zoom for live workshops or advisory sessions. No client data is shared with Synthesia.

Each provider maintains its own privacy practices, and we encourage users to review those policies directly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information only when necessary to deliver our services, process payments, support platform operations, or comply with legal requirements.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation.

We retain account information for the duration of active enrollment and for up to two years afterward for recordkeeping and administrative purposes. Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us

Thrive does not sell personal information.

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you may have rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under CCPA, including the right to know what information is collected, request deletion, opt out of the sale of personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising your rights.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption, secure access controls, and regular security assessments, to help protect the information entrusted to us.

Our platform uses cookies for authentication, session management, and analytics.

Browser settings may allow you to manage cookie preferences, although disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.
